Don't try to use PHP for something it was not designed for. Named parameters shall become NATIVELY supported.

Unfortunately, you've missed the point. 
For me, php first then other languages. However, i just wondered how much code it would take to do the same in php. 
Hopefully, it will help teach someone reflection or be useable in a real app. 
 
Concerning using php for what its not meant, i object to that. We use tools as we wish.
